We are currently not billing insurance. There will be an out of pocket cost, then we can send you a claims receipt. This can be submitted to your insurance company for a reimbursement request.
Every insurance provider is different and constantly changing their policies. The best way to know what your carrier will cover is to reach out to them and ask.
NOTE: Medicaid has made it known that they will not be reimbursing the cost of our services.
