Garnet does not submit claims to insurance and payment for testing is the responsibility of each client at the time of service. For those who wish to seek reimbursement, claim information is available for individuals to file themselves.
Every insurance provider is different and constantly changing their policies. The best way to know what your carrier will cover is to reach out to them and ask.
NOTE: Garnet is not in-network with any insurance providers or enrolled with CMS. Medicaid and Medicare will not reimburse claims for services rendered by an un-enrolled provider.
