Your airline will provide you with guidelines you will be required to meet in order to get on the plane. Generally speaking, Domestic flights will not require a test. International flights however will normally require you to test negative on a PCR no longer than 72 hours prior to departure.
We can provide you with a document that will satisfy most airline's requirements, including:
- Your name and date of birth
- Test date and time
- Test type and result
- Performing lab name
- Sample type
If you would like one of these documents please click here to request one, and we can email you when results are available. Some airlines will want to see additional information (Passport number, etc.), please include any needed information in your request.
